Requests

Browse and submit request forms to keep your work moving forward, securely.

Below is a list of common requests the Information Security Office (ISO) can help you with.

Exception Requests

Sometimes, IT Systems have valid reasons for not meeting Yale's policies and standards. We have exception requests to help reduce risk when these situations occur. Learn how to submit an exception request for your IT System.

Security Planning Assessments (SPAs)

A SPA will highlight areas that put Yale Data or IT Systems at risk. Learn about the SPA process and submit a SPA request.

SSL Certificates

An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate confirms a Yale site is safe to use. Submit an SSL certificate request if you need to add HTTPS to your website.

Firewall Changes

If you are configuring an IT System and need a Firewall Change, submit a Firewall change request.

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Service

If a vendor has access to Yale High Risk Data or a High Risk IT System, TPRM is required. Learn about the TPRM process and request a TPRM Assessment.
