Instead of physical muscles, we need to build our cyber habits. We also need to maintain flexibility to adapt to evolving threats. Knowing how to play as a team means asking for help and reporting suspicious cyber activity.
Our spring training challenge is your chance to draft your team, build your cyber muscles, and up your cybersecurity game. Complete the Bee Cyber Fit at Yale training to get on the scoreboard be entered to win exclusive swag. You can also earn extra entries along the way with trivia games, baseball-themed puzzles, and insightful virtual events.

Batting Practice
This is your chance to finalize your team and ease into spring training with quick and simple tasks.
Week 1
The foundation of a strong cybersecurity muscle is to Know Your Risk. If we don’t know the sensitivity of our data and systems, we can’t know the best way to protect it.
Week 2
Click with Caution to recognize and avoid the many types of social engineering.
Week 3
With your and Yale’s data on the line, knowing the best ways to Protect Your Identity is critical. Avoid cybersecurity curveballs by using secure passwords, multifactor authentication, and password managers.
Week 4
Just like a sports injury can develop over time, so too can cyber vulnerabilities. Patch-up your safety by Applying Updates and know when devices should be sent to the bench.
