Max Henderson is Manager of Incident Response for Pondurance, a leader in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) services. In his seven+ years with Pondurance, Max’s primary focus has been on DFIR, leading hundreds of investigations including complete network, cloud, and Active Directory compromises of entities with annual revenues in the multi-billion-dollar range. His investigations and presentations have been featured on CBS 60 Minutes, National Infragard, and at International ISSA conferences. Max received his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 2016 with a degree in Computer Criminology.

Will Gadzinski is a Senior Incident Response consultant who brings his background in security operations and risk management to the Incident Response team at Pondurance. Having spent the majority of his career in the Aerospace sector, Will is familiar with the unique balance that an organization must achieve to preserve operational mission requirements while maintaining confidence in their security posture. During his time at Pondurance, Will has led numerous investigations into ransomware incidents, data theft, extortion, and more. In his previous role as a Security Analyst, Will led incident response and forensics on some of the most notable cyber events in recent times at NASA’s Langley Research Center. Will has a Bachelor of Science in Intelligence Analysis from James Madison University.
