DUO Everywhere

DUO Everywhere is part of using secure passwords and protecting your credentials.

Your NetID credentials (username and password) are your keys to Yale's online resources. If those credentials get into the hands of a bad actor, they can be used to steal your personal information. DUO Everywhere provides an extra layer of protection to prevent this from happening. It is an upgrade to Yale's current Multifactor Authentication (MFA).

What is DUO Everywhere?

DUO Everywhere activates MFA on all Microsoft O365 applications and CAS logins. This includes your O365 email account and any page where you are prompted with the CAS login screen. MFA will be required for both on and off-campus logins. This ensures your credentials are protected, no matter where you're working from.
